澳门足彩app is looking to fill a full time position (2-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 10-6 p.m. on Fridays) on our 长岛 campus. Technician will be responsible to provide technical (both hardware and 软件) support to computer clients of 澳门足彩app. Answer questions or resolve computer 问题 for clients in person, via telephone or through remote 软件.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer 软件 or hardware operation to resolve 问题.
  • 排除网络, hardware and 软件 问题 by identifying, documenting and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot, support and maintain Audio/Video equipment.
  • Provide walk-in technical support to clients that come to the help desk for first level tech support.
  • Support student workers with help desk requests.
  • 安装, 测试, and perform repairs to hardware, 软件, peripheral equipment following design and installation specifications.
  • 集 up equipment for employee or student use, performing hardware imaging and ensuring proper installation of cables, 操作系统, 或者合适的软件.
  • Participate in creation or maintenance of IT standards and procedures.
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, 问题, and remedial actions taken, or installation activities within the ticketing system.

资格:

  • Training in vocational school, related on-the-job experience, or an Associate’s degree. Two or more years of work-related experience.
  • Knowledge of circuit boards, 处理器, 芯片, 电子设备, and computer hardware and 软件, including applications and programming.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal contact skills required.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with attention to details and quality.
